Registration
Course fees are 50 Euros for Non Members of EACTS and Free of Charge for Members, and include lunch & refreshments on Thursday 1 & Friday 2 November and dinner on Thursday 1 November.

Accommodation
Limited accommodation for participants has been reserved at Emmy Rezidence, a 3* hotel which is adjacent to the IKEM Congress Center (http://www.emmy.cz/). En-suite rooms are available on a single (65 Euros per night) or double (80 Euros per night) basis. Please indicate your preference by completing the relevant section of the registration form. Please note that all quoted accommodation rates include buffet breakfast, services and taxes. If you do not select accommodation on the registration form then EACTS will assume that you are making your own arrangements.
