Target:
3/5 young Thoracic Surgeons at the end of the Postgraduate Corse, or just qualified.
Objective:
To demonstrate lung cancer resection techniques. Students will have access to the operating theatre during operations (without the possibility of operating) on Monday 11th, Wednesday 13th and Friday 15th October. Workshop size is limited to 5 persons). On Tuesday 12th and Thursday 14th, lectures will be delivered by the most important Thoracic Surgeons and Anaesthetists in Rome (De Giacomo, Margaritora, Mineo, and Pompeo)

Participants are responsible for their travel and accommodation
The course organiser has organised accommodation at the 4 star Hotel Commodore (Via Torino 1, in the centre of Rome). The preferential rate for the rooms is €115 per night, (6 nights is €690.) The rate is inclusive of daily shuttle bus transfer to St. Andrea Hospital (Via di Grottarossa 1035 - 1039, Roma leaving at 7 a.m. and returning at 6 p.m.
