REGISTRATION
Registration will be online only and full payment must be received prior to the event starting.
FEES
The cost of this course will be 1,700 Euros and will include Lunch and refreshments on all days plus the Course Dinner on Thursday 5 February 2009.
You must choose whether you are attending the CARDIAC or THORACIC course - you cannot attend both and you cannot mix the courses. There will a maximum number on each course.
