*Those participants registering at the Student/Trainee fee MUST provide a statement from their Head of Department confirming their reduced fee status. This can be emailed to registration@eacts.co.uk or faxed to +44 1753 620407. Failure to provide this statement will result in the full Non-member fee being charged.
